I’ve been designing websites for over 10 years.  Most are hand-coded using a combination of HTML, CSS, PHP, and a healthy dose of JavaScript (as needed), and typically start out with a sketched wireframe on paper. I’ve built everything from apps to micro sites, as well as designed themes for full-fledged content management systems like WordPress, Movable Type, Joomla, and Magento.
